Lets forget everything else and work on the build 1st. You are a Wammo but not a healer. I suggest you drop Heal Other and Healing Breeze. The pure Wammo keeps Mending unless there is a specific build in mind. Sprint is also situational. If you are killing every mob in the area and your group will let you take aggro then there is no need for sprint. It is useful to make sure you get aggro but not a needed skill. You also do not have an elite. While you can be effictive without one there is no reason not to use one with everyday builds. That leaves us here:
Mending
Sever Artery
Gash
Pure Strike
Resurrect
Sever/Gash is a nice comboniation. I do not like Pure Strike unless I am going all sword and strength. Mending is a given and Rebirth is better than resurrect. You will get people up after battle or as a rescue and not during so there is not need for resurrect. So we come to this:

Sever Artery
Gash
Rebirth
You should have capped a few elites so lets add one. How about....
Warriors Endurance - Capped in Thirst River
For 10-20 seconds, you gain 3 energy each time you hit with a melee attack. Warrior's Endurance cannot raise your energy above 10-22. This is an elite skill.
Not my favorite elite but you shoule have it and it pairs nicely with some energy skills that you can add. If you must use a running skill then I think Rush is better for general PvE so I will make that an option.
Next what would a Warrior be without an inturrupt. Lets add....
Savage Slash - Sword Attack
If this attack hits, it interrupts target foe's action. If that action was a spell, you deal 1-32 extra damage.
Damage and an interrupt....not bad. So now we have the following...
Mending
Sever Artery
Gash
Rebirth
Warrior Endurance
Rush
We still need more damage. So lets add Final Thrust. Now to make the warrior a fighter instead of a medic just use the last slot for defence so you do not need as much healing. Any stance will do just fine....work with them and find the one you like for the situation. Here is the final rework of your build. This might not be the best but it is better.
Mending
Sever Artery
Gash
Final Thrust

Rush/heal sig
Rebirth
Now we can work on those attributes. Since you only have mending 8 will do the same 3 pips as 9 so lets take that one back. If you use a str based stance we can take tactics to zero.

Is now this without runes or + helm
Healing 8

Sword 12
The 12 sword allows you to maximize your damage without suffering a serious decline after that. The 10 in strength will improve rush and your stance if you choose a str based stance. If you go with healing sig then play with your attributes to fit some into tactics for the bonus to healing. You could also drop rush and choose a stance or shout from tactics and then add nothing to str and make this build 10 tactics.
